What I collect
When you fill in the form, I get your name, email, your Facebook page or website, your trade, and anything you write in the message. The site also records your approximate location based on your IP address and how you found the site (for example, the link you came from). If you email me, I get your email and what you send.
How I use it
Only to reply to you, prepare your ad audit, and work with you if you hire me. I don't sell your data. Besides the services that run this site (listed below), the only third party that receives some of it is Meta, as described below.
Services that run this site
Form requests are stored on Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and copied to a private Google spreadsheet and a private Telegram notification so I can reply quickly. These services only store the data for me; they don't use it for their own marketing.
Cookies and Meta tracking
This site uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. They tell Meta when someone visits the site or sends the form, so I can measure and improve ads. This can include your IP address, browser information, the pages you visit, and, when you send the form, your email and name in encrypted (hashed) form. Meta processes this data under its own policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy
You can limit this:
- block cookies in your browser settings;
- change your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Ad account access
If you give me view or partner access to your ad account, I use it only for the audit or the work we agreed on. You can remove my access at any time in your Meta Business settings.
Payments
Payments go through Mellow. I don't see or store your card details.
How long I keep it
As long as we're in contact or working together. Ask me and I'll delete your data.
Your rights
You can ask me what data I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email danila@pankratovads.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top.
